You’ll feel the coastal, minimalist vibe throughout the space, helping you switch into vacation mode as soon as you step through the door!

When you’re not relaxing inside the luxurious and air-conditioned interior, lounge on the furniture in the fenced-in backyard and feel the coastal breeze blow through your hair. Bring equipment to set up your favorite outdoor games and spend days under the warm Florida sun in your private backyard. Take a break from the outdoor fun, lounge and catch some shade in the furnished sunroom which features a sitting area, mounted flat-screen smart TV, and dining table.

The fully equipped kitchen features remodeled counters, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to make your favorite meals if you’re not in the mood for grilling out. Sit down with your favorite beverage and share memorable dining experiences. Then, unwind with your favorite movies on the large flat-screen smart TV in the living room which also includes pull-out sofas for additional sleeping accommodations.

Drift off to sleep after a long day in one of the home’s cozy bedrooms on the second floor. The primary bedroom features a king bed and flat-screen smart TV. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed and flat-screen smart TV. You can travel light to this lovely home, as you’ll be able to refresh your laundry in the washer and dryer.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license. Please note that even if you cancel outside of the cancellation window and receive a full refund, the “Booking Fee” is never refundable. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call. Please note there are only 2 parking spaces available for this home. Trailers and recreational vehicles cannot be parked on-site but we can refer you to an off-site parking company. There is one exterior security camera facing outward at the front entrance of the home. All of the televisions are new, Smart TV models so they do not include cable. However, you are free to use any of your streaming platforms on television. There is an exterior security camera only on the front of the house. This home is located on a drivable portion of the beach.
