What do you love about OLV and your position?
For six years I have had the pleasure of leading our Oceans Luxury Vacations team in the property management and short-term vacation rental departments. Along with overseeing a portfolio of 100 investors who trust me and my team to generate revenue and take care of their investment property. I also specialize in investment properties, assisting agents and owners with finding the right property that will be worth renting short term. There is a lot that goes into running healthy and prosperous departments and it is an honor to work alongside each department, their leaders, and clients alike.
I love how everyone works together and within their departments. Even in the off-season, it is a very high-paced position making sure that all our rentals, clients, and teams have everything they need to succeed. We are a very supportive and dedicated team and believe it is a reflection of the reviews we receive from clients and guests alike. - We assure the safety and well-being of our professional cleaning staff members. That they are healthy and have all the needed supplies to clean and prepare each accommodation base don the CDC recommendations through elevated cleaning and sanitation protocols.
- We use a disinfection agent and antimicrobial cleaner to treat surfaces and make sure each accommodation is then sealed for the next guest.
- Informational content regarding recommended hand washing procedures is posted in our main office. Our rentals will also have signs posted to remind guests to wash their hands in common bathrooms and changing rooms, as well as signs on the importance of practicing social distancing.
