Home Away Services
Our home visit and maintenance programs are available any time you are away from your vacation home, rental property, or primary residence. Our Home Away service is especially beneficial to Florida retirees who are not planning to live in their second home all year long (snowbirds).
We visit your home twice a month and walk the property thoroughly. Notes are taken and added to your custom-designed checklist, and we take images of important items on the checklist such as AC, plumbing, and electrical boxes. Lawn and pool services are professionally attended to, if applicable.
And should a vendor need to visit your home while you are away, we will be there to help coordinate vendors and deliveries on time. Once the inspection is completed, you will receive a full detailed inspection report.
