Ormond Beach is a quieter beach-side town home to mostly full-time and seasonal residents. It offers travelers a more peaceful side of the greater Daytona area while still only being a 15-20 minute drive from the majority of Daytona Beach's most popular attractions and events.

This newly updated, beach-side home is located just a block from the beach and only a 3 minute walk according to G Maps. The beach access point is at Tom Renick Park which includes restrooms, picnic facilities, an ice cream shop, parking, and a playground! Also within a 2-3 minute walk of the home is the Salty Mermaid, a Dollar General store, and Frank's Place. Within a 4-5 minute walk is a surf shop that includes rentals, a bakery, diner, pizza place, BBQ restuarant, and multiple other businesses/shops. Only a 15 minute walk, or 2 minute drive, from the home is a Publix shopping center that includes many local restuarants and a Beall's. Just an 8-9 minute walk from the home straight down the street is a river access and park. This park includes a public dock and parking which allows fishing and small watercraft access (like a kayak or paddleboard). There is a paddleboard and a bike included in your stay here!

As you step into the home you’ll be greeted by a bright, living room completed by relaxing furnishings and a Smart TV. Continue into the remodeled galley kitchen with updated appliances. The fully stocked kitchen allows for gorgeous, natural sunlight due to the position in the home and the abundance of windows. Past the kitchen is the dining room which is completely surrounded by windows and natural lighting. Shades are included for those warmer days.

From the dining room you can step outside to take in the gorgeous Florida sunshine! A covered patio, grill, and cozy outdoor seating allow you to relax and breath in the ocean air. Step into the private back and side yard to enjoy a beautiful paver pathway with more outdoor seating to soak in the Florida sunshine. The yard is fully fenced and perfect if you are bringing a small dog or two! There's a very handy outdoor shower in the side yard to rinse off sandy items and toes after a trip to the beach. You haven't lived until you've taken a shower outside post-beach!

When you are ready to recharge after a day of fun in the sun, head back into the 3 bedrooms of the home. Every bedroom includes a king bed and Smart TV. One of the bedrooms also includes an office corner for remote work. On of the bathrooms contains a shower/tub combo and the other has a remodeled walk-in shower with a low-ledge. The home even includes a laundry room for added convenience!

Please note this home does not have a garage but the driveway can accomodate two vehicles. There is no street parking allowed in our city so the maximum vehciles would be 2, or the motorcycle equivalent.

Pet policy: this property can allow for up to two small dogs (dogs only) for an additional price. Each dogs' maximum weight cannot exceed 25lbs. The pet fee for the duration of the stay for one dog is $250 and the pet fee for two dogs is $400. Because this is an optional fee, it has to be added after booking and will not be shown in your quote online.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
