Hurricane Update: The private beach access at this property is currently closed and will stay closed until this listing is updated otherwise. The area of the yard closest to the ocean has also reduced due to the hurricane wash out. We include photos of this in the listing photos. All guests still have their oceanfront porches in tact, unharmed. Prices and actual availability are as shown. In the meantime, there are alternative beach access points nearby. There is a beach access open within a 1 minute walk and another within 2 minutes. Like every property in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise. This noise could come from this property or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city.

Step into this elegant, oceanfront villa and slip into your own oceanfront getaway! All beds, mattresses, bedding, and TVs were replaced in the Summer of 2022. When this home was remodeled, grab bars were installed in all of the bathrooms with one bathroom even hosting a roll-in shower making this a very accessible home for all!

Set directly on the ocean, this 6 bedroom villa offers an abundance of accommodations for your next gathering of family, friends, or corporate events. This is villa is one of three set along the same oceanfront property making it the perfect place for a larger gathering! You'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders as enter this spacious villa. Walking forward from the entrance you'll be greeted with a gorgeous, open living room with ample sofas and a large, flat-screen TV.

To the right off the living room is a cozy, connected mother-in-law suite complete with the first two guest bedrooms, a full bathroom, a breakfast nook, flat-screen TV, and kitchenette. The two guest bedrooms each hold a queen bed and mounted TV. The full guest bathrooms is truly handicap accessible with a no-ledge, roll-in shower and amble grab bars throughout.

To the left of the main living room is a hallway leading into a gorgeous dining room overlooking the oceanfront deck and Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy watching the sunrise while enjoying breakfast or the sunset in the evening while indulging in a lovely dinner cooked in the fully stocked kitchen nearby. The chef in the group will love preparing meals in the gorgeous, oceanfront kitchen that boasts granite counters and stainless steel appliances.

From the kitchen you can step out onto your private, oceanfront porch complete with ample outdoor lounging and dining furniture as well as a gas grill. Past the private porch is another, common deck for the other villa guests that sits right past the sandy beach. This deck is just another place you can lay out and enjoy the sun or use the outdoor shower to rinse off sandy toes.

Step back into the villa to explore the other four bedrooms in the main part of the home. The oceanfront primary suite is just off of the dining room and features a King bed, fireplace, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom.

You'll enter the third and fourth guest bedrooms to find each furnished with a queen bed and flat-screen TV. There's a full guest bathroom between these bedrooms connected ensuite via Jack-and-Jill style. The fifth guest bedroom hosts a queen bed as well as a twin bunk bed and flat-screen TV. There's a full bathroom located adjacent to this bedroom.

South Villa is within short walking distance to many popular restaurants and shops in Daytona Beach Shores including the Sun Glow Pier! The Sun Glow Pier is simply a quick walk down the beach - see drone photos for reference.

Please note there are two assigned parking spaces included in your rental. There is not additional parking on-site but we can refer you to an off-site parking company upon request. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles allowed on-site.

We do provide free Internet at this home on a shared network with others on the property. While do use hospitality Internet from Spectrum with multiple access points and high speed, it is still not enough for streaming. This is due to the way the property is set up as multiple outside buildings that are not connected versus one large interior building. You will still be able surf the web, check emails, etc, but during peak times you may find streaming to be difficult.\

Because of the this home being one of the view remaining traditional oceanfront villas in Daytona, it was not built with central AC. There are window AC units throughout the home to cool it.

This home is located on a drivable portion of the beach.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license.
