Hurricane Damage Information: Like all properties on the beach, the private beach steps and seawall here were destroyed and need time to be rebuilt. Because the seawall would need to be rebuilt before the steps can be rebuilt, we do not currently have a timeline set for reopening. All rates have been lowered to reflect the beach steps being closed. In the meantime, the nearest open beach access is just TWO houses away, so very close by!

Set directly on the ocean, this historic, spacious home offers privacy and luxury for your next gathering of family and friends. Originally built over 100 years ago in the roaring 20s, this retreat affords the perfect balance of history and modern luxuries. The original owners built the back room with the stained glass window as a speak-easy during prohibition!

You'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders as you enter this luxurious oceanfront paradise. The open floor plans allows the Atlantic Ocean to greet you from the moment you walk into the home with floor to ceiling grand windows strung along the back of the home. To the right of the entrance you'll pass through glass French doors to a lovely oceanfront office space that has been converted into an additional bedroom. The twin bed in this room uniquely and conveniently transforms into a king bed.

Pass through the oceanfront living room to a large, formal dining room that accommodates 8 guests, allowing your whole group to dine together at one table. The vast, custom kitchen is right off the dining room and features a large island, french door fridge/freezer, and is stocked with all the cooking necessities. The home also includes a full-size laundry room for convenience located near the kitchen. Through the kitchen sits a uniquely medieval themed bar and family room. A half bathroom is located by the stairs on the first floor.

Ascend to the second floor to discover three luxury bedrooms. The oceanfront master bedroom is truly a private retreat hosting a king bed, flat-screen TV, and furnished sitting area. The sitting area opens into a private master balcony allowing you to take in the breathtaking ocean views. The adjoining master bathroom contains a his and her vanity, a large walk-in showers, and a delightful freestanding bathtub along the oceanfront windows allowing you to soak and relax with awe-inspiring views.

The second floor also holds two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom is vibrantly furnished with a queen. The second guest bedroom hosts two full beds, a flat-screen television, and even has it's own oceanfront balcony. A full bathroom sits between the two guest bedrooms.

Through the living room on the first floor you'll enter your private, oceanfront backyard retreat. A sprawling deck paved with brick pavers overlooks pristine sand. Vibrant lounge chairs and a lux shaded outdoor daybed allow you to soak in the Florida sun while listening to the waves crash against the shore. The outdoor dining area includes a fire pit table perfect for homemade s'mores and a glass of wine. A bubbling hot tub is yours to enjoy after a day of fun in the sun. Around the side of the house is a uniquely fun mini golf course.

This home is located on a drivable portion of the beach. Trailers and recreational vehicles cannot be parked on-site but we can refer you to an off-site parking company upon request. The home can accommodate up to 3 full-size vehicles with 2 in the driveway and one in the garage. If guests have motorcycles, instead of one vehicle in the garage they can store up to 6 motorcycles in the garage.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
