This gorgeous home is directly across from the ocean with direct beach access very close by making it the ideal spot to get the whole group together for a beach vacation! The backyard faces A1A and includes a coded gate to access the beach very easily.

Meander through the inviting from porch and enter this beach-side paradise to discover a sprawling living room completed by a large flat screen television and leather sofas. From the living room, step into your spacious kitchen and dining room. An abundance of counter space, new appliances, and ample seating make this fully stocked kitchen any cook’s dream!

This ocean-side oasis contains 5 guest bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. The master bedroom and two additional bedrooms with king beds are all suites with attached private bathrooms. The master bedroom holds a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Guest bedrooms #1 and #2 each hold a king bed and a private, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in showers and TV. Guest bedroom #3 contains two twin beds and an entrance to the pool. No need to worry about tiny travelers in this bedroom as the exterior doors have a separate safety lock high on the door. Guest bedroom #4 boasts a queen bed and a TV. A full bathroom is located in the hallway between guest bedrooms #3 and #4. The home even includes a crib for those with the tiniest travelers.

The most enticing features of this home showcases the natural, Florida weather while offering a refreshing reprieve from the Florida sun. The back sunroom is completely screened in and includes ceiling fans and outdoor furniture to offer shelter from the Florida heat and sun. Through the sun room head into the gorgeous, expansive backyard to take in the beautiful Florida sunshine year-round! You can fit the whole group in this over-sized pool and expansive surrounding deck. Please note that the weather is warm here nearly year-round and just like the majority of pools in the area, this pool is not heated. There is also no hot tub in this home for the same reasons. Plenty of outdoor seating and a grill make this backyard the perfect outdoor gathering spot. The backyard includes a paved pathway that will take you to the main side walk which leads you to the public beach access less than a block away.

Please note this home allows for 2 vehicles maximum and there is no guest access to the garage. No trailers can be parked on-site but we'll be happy to refer you to an off-site parking company after booking, upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
