This home is located in Port Orange but is very close to Ponce Inlet as well. Within walking distance or a quick drive of the home is the Ponce Preserve and many other parks. For dining you have many options just a quick drive or leisurely stroll away such as Racing's North Turn, Off The Hook, and Jerry's Italian Grill and Tiki Bar just to name a few. Also a short drive away are attractions such as the Ponce De Leon Lighthouse and Museum and the Marine Science Center.

The second floor of the home holds two more ensuite bedrooms, a family room, kitchenette, over-sized roof top patio, and a ocean view balcony. The second floor family room is designed to optimize a beach vacation! It includes a sleeper sofa, additional twin bed, adjacent kitchenette, and access to the spacious, roof-top patio. This is listed and counted as one of the bedrooms as it is ensuite and the door closes for full, bedroom privacy. One upstairs guest bedroom holds a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and full, ensuite bathroom with a lovely, tiled walk-in shower. The other guest bedroom on the second floor holds a queen bed, flat-screen TV, ocean view balcony access, and a full, ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The backyard of the home is truly a beach-side oasis! A screened, heated pool beacons guest into the refreshing waters year-round. The adjacent hot-tub is the perfect place to soak and relax after a day of fun in the sun. No need to head inside when tummies start to grumble. *As of Feb 2024, the beach access shown and explained in this listing has closed temporarily for minor repairs. We do anticipate reopening soon, but the county hasn't released a timeline. In the meantime, there is a very close access point just a 2 minute walk away at Major Street.*

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

Please note that this home can accommodate up to 3 vehicles on-site or the motorcycle equivalent. There's a 2 car garage and then an additional vehicle may park in the driveway. The owner leaves their vehicle covered in the driveway off to the side. We do not allow trailers or recreational vehicles to be parked on-site but we can refer you to an off-site parking company upon request which can accommodate both trailers and recreational vehicles.

Also to note that regardless of the refund received in the event of a cancellation the booking fee, although nominal, is never refundable.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
