Ormond Beach is a quieter beach-side town home to mostly full-time and seasonal residents. It offers travelers a more peaceful side of the greater Daytona area while still only being a 15-20 minute drive from the majority of Daytona Beach's most popular attractions and events.

This spacious, beach-side home is located just a block from the beach and only a 6 minute walk according to G Maps. This home is the perfect spot for your next beach-side getaway! It was recently remodeled to be fully accessible. It features flush exterior entrances, wide doorways and hallways, a fully accessible bathroom, and an accessible kitchen with accessible height appliances and counters.

As you step into the home you’ll be greeted by a bright, formal living room completed by relaxing furnishings. There is also a family room with an abundance for furniture to seat everyone together including a sleeper sofa and a mounted TV.

Adjacent to the family room is the remodeled kitchen that comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The counters and appliances were thoughtfully designed at a height that are accessible for those in mobility devices while still being a comfortable height for those without a disability. Just off the kitchen is a dining area to serve up a family meal. From the family room you can step outside to take in the gorgeous Florida sunshine! A screened in patio, covered grill, and cozy outdoor seating allow you to relax and breath in the ocean air. The screened-in patio also includes a convenient access window and counter to the kitchen which is perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. Step into the private back and side yard to enjoy a beautiful paver pathway with more outdoor seating to soak in the Florida sunshine. There's a very handy area with a hose on the side of the home designed to rinse off sandy items and toes after a trip to the beach.

When you are ready to recharge after a day of fun in the sun, head back into the 3 bedrooms of the home.
The primary suite has spacious accommodations boasting a king bed and TV with an attached full bathroom. The ensuite primary bathroom is fully accessible include an accessible-heigh bidet and toilet with grab bars. It is also includes a true, roll-in shower with grab bars. The shower was also thoughtfully designed to be comfortable for those both with and without disabilities. It includes both a fixed, standard shower head as well as an accessible-height handheld shower head.

The second bedroom holds a king bed while the third bedroom holds two twin beds. Between the two guest bedrooms is a full bathroom which includes a tub/shower combo.

Please note this home does not include access to the garage but up to two vehicles can park in the driveway. While you can see some fencing in the listing photos, the yard is not fully fenced and those are the neighbors fences.

Pet policy: this property can allow for up to two dogs (dogs only) for an additional price. Each dogs maximum weight cannot exceed 25lbs. The pet fee for the duration of the stay for one dog is $250 and the pet fee for two dogs is $400. Because this is an optional fee, it has to be added after booking and will not be shown in your quote online.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
