This completely remodeled home lives up to its namesake with elegant decor, finishes, and furniture. The home is a quick, 10-12 minute drive to the nearest beach access on Dunlawton Avenue. The access is a drive-on beach so you can drive right onto the beach and park without having to worry about off-beach parking availability. Being on the mainland, the house is also one of the closest property to the Daytona International Speedway at about a 10-12 minute drive from the home.

Step through the front door and into paradise! This home offers a modern living room with a leather sectional, reclining chair, and a large, mounted flat-screen television. The home also hosts a fully stocked, spacious kitchen complimented by stainless appliances and granite counters. The kitchen features wonderful touches such as a Ninja blender, juicer, mini food processor, Crock-pot, roasting pan, and electric griddle! The formal dining room is tastefully adorned with a dining set for 6 with informal dining area seating 4,allowing the whole party to dine at the same time.

The home is fitted with 4 comfortable and modern bedrooms. The elegantly decorated master bedroom features a king bed, mounted television, private sliding door to the pool deck, and an en-suite bathroom holding a garden tub, granite double vanity, private toilet closet, and walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom features vibrant decor, two twin beds, and a cozy sitting area. The second guest bedroom holds a queen bed with an adjacent shower/tub combo bathroom lying between the first and second guest bedrooms. The third guest bedroom features two queen beds as well as a mounted television.

This home even features a fantastic game room! Air hockey, Foosball, and darts are sure to be a crowd pleaser! The game room also includes Catch Phrase, Yahtzee, cards, poker chips, Sorry!, Uno, Pictionary, Apples to Apples, Battleship, and a DVD library.

Step into your private backyard oasis to sock in the Florida sun! The glistening pool waters are surrounded by a paved deck as well as lounge chairs and an outdoor seating furniture. The salt water pool can be heated year-round at an additional charge. If you would like the pool heated during your stay please let us know and the cost is $150 for stays 2 weeks or less. Please inquire if you'd like the pool heated and your stay is longer than 2 weeks. Please keep in mind that the pool is solar-heated so it will never be "hot" but it can be warm. If you are bringing a dog, please note the 25lb weight limit and notify us prior to or immediately after booking. We do apply a pet fee per dog of $250 and this is not refundable.

No need to stop the pool day fun when tummies start to growl. The home includes a gas grill and utensils to prepare your favorite grilled foods poolside at the outdoor dining table.

As if your stay couldn't get any better, there are more goodies in the storage shed. The shed includes an array of beach gear, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, the grill, and even the pool safety gate. The safety gate can easily be set up in the pre-drilled holes in the pool deck and offers invaluable peace of mind when traveling with little ones.

Please note this home allows for two vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, to be parked in the driveway but the garage and street will not be accessible for guest use. We do not allow trailers or recreational vehicles to be parked on-site but we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request.
