Seabridge is located in a quiet area of North Ormond where there are no buildings allowed on the beach itself, which perserves the natural beauty of the beach here. Therefore, the oceanfront complexes like this one are all immediately across a quiet street. Included in your stay is the private beach access just for Seabridge residents and guests. This is also one of the few complexes in our area on the "No-Drive" beach!

With Seabridge located in such a tranquil area, it is mostly surrounded by state and national parks. It's a nature-lover's paradise! Guests can walk a few minutes South to Lagerheads Bar and Grill which has a fantastic, fresh menu, lots of local brewery options, and dining with an oceanfront view! Driving a few minutes south and you'll be able to enjoy all of the other local resturants and shopping Ormond has to offer. If you continue driving 15-20 minutes South, you can enjoy all of the action in Daytona Beach. The Daytona International Speedway is about 20-25 minutes from this complex as well.

Step into this oceanfront paradise and feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders! An oceanfront living room greets as you as you walk through the door equipped comfy furniture and a Smart TV. The dining table awaits you between the living room and kitchen allowing for oceanfront views while you dine. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare beach-side meals including both a tea kettle and standard-drip coffee maker. This property even includes an in-unit washer/dryer for added convenience!

The oceanfront primary suite with a queen bed includes a TV and desk area. The ensuite primary bathroom is fully accessible. It includes a very low-ledge walk-in shower designed with accessability in mind. The shower includes two built-in seats as well as an adjustable, hand-held shower hear. The guest bedroom holds a queen bed and TV with an adjacent full bathroom. This bathroom includes a shower/tub combo.

Step onto your private balcony and into your secluded oasis! The oceanfront balcony affords you an incredible, direct view of the Atlantic Ocean. Although the balcony is on the ground level, it is still elevated off the ground to allow you to view the ocean beyond the sea dunes. The balcony includes outdoor furniture furniture allowing guests to enjoy time together while surrounded by the sound of waves crashing into the shore below.

Ormond Beach is a quieter beach-side town home to mostly full-time and seasonal residents. It offers travelers a more peaceful side of the greater Daytona area while still only being a 15-20 minute drive from the majority of Daytona Beach's most popular attractions and events.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
