Gorgeous oceanfront condo with breathtaking views from the 9th floor! Very private spacious balcony with spectacular views of the beach, ocean and Sunglow Pier for a relaxing vacation experience!

Direct beach access with a large oceanfront pool area with lounge chairs. Walk a few minutes to the left on the beach to enjoy dinner and drinks at Crabby Joes on the pier. Walk a few minutes to the right on the beach and you are on the no-drive section of the beach for quiet romantic walks. The condo is directly on the end of the drive beach area and access is very close by if you want to drive your car onto the beach as well. The best of both worlds!

Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom areas. Condo is very quiet and you can relax and nap and even enjoy the sound of the ocean inside of the condo.

The living room has very spacious couches that offer additional sleeping if needed, or just for relaxing naps and comfortable tv viewing. There is a brand new 55 inch Smart TV with basic cable package and nice ambient candles and salt lamps throughout the condo to offer soothing mood lighting.

The dining area has a spacious glass table with four chairs and there is extra seating at the kitchen island.

The kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare delicious meals while you enjoy the oceanfront view. The washer and dryer are right in the kitchen area for easy access.

Condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is comfortable sleeping for 6 adults and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy a quiet, relaxing vacation.

The primary suite has a king bed, smart TV and a sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee. Wall to ceiling oceanfront views! Lounge in bed and watch the ocean for a one-of a kind ocean vacation experience. During the day it is a beautiful view without direct sun in your eyes. At night, the lights from Sunglow Pier offer a new, breathtaking view! There is a private office area off of the primary bedroom that also offers a view of the ocean. The ensuite primary bathroom has a large, luxurious soaking tub and shower with double vanity sinks that provide plenty of room. Adjacent is a large, walk-in closet.

The guest bedroom offers a great view of the intercostal waterway with a queen bed and twin trundle bed. Also included in the guest bedroom is a 50-inch smart TV. The guest bathroom has an easily accessible walk in shower and single vanity.

Ashley Condominiums has a heated oceanfront pool, lounging area and barbecues available for your use. The fifth floor has another outdoor lounge area with amazing views of the intercostal waterway. There is also an indoor sauna, gym and hot tub. There is plenty of guest parking for each reservation to have up to 2 vehicles.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
