*Please note the pool deck and private beach access point at this complex is closed indefinitely with no timeline available for when these might reopen. The Towers Grande HOA has not given much information. It is possible that repairs go far into 2024 but we can't say for certain. In the meantime there is still an extremely close, open beach access point. It is adjacent to the building next door called "Opus" and guests are welcome to use that as it is a public access point. Current prices reflect the amenity closures and are as shown. Like every property in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise. This noise could come from this property or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city.*

Towers Grande is a short drive to Main Street Pier where you can see a free concert at the band shell, visit the Boardwalk, take the kids on the rides, or enjoy the water park. We are also near the Sun-Glow Pier for a great meal at world-famous Crabby Joe's.

This gorgeous unit has been completely renovated and boasts numerous upgrades. Owned by a successful interior designer, this condo has elegant design touches everywhere you turn. As you walk toward this condo building gazing on the Halifax River below, you'll find a private, screen front porch completed by outdoor dining furniture. As you enter this astounding condo, you'll be greeted by a sitting featuring a leather couch, 46-inch flat screen TV, electric piano, and beautiful decor all overlooking the Halifax river through the forward-facing bay windows. Step into the condo further to find an oceanfront living room tastefully decorated with direct access to the oceanfront balcony. The comfortable living room also features a 47-inch flat-screen television, Blu-Ray player, and leather furnishings. The luxury dining with seating for six is perfect for entertaining friends and family with a custom built-in china cabinet which comes fully stocked for all your dining needs. The state of the art kitchen is completed by stainless appliances, granite counters, track lighting, and bar seating all overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The oceanfront master suite is its own private retreat featuring a 42-inch Plasma TV, king bed, direct balcony access, and expansive windows to view the ocean waves crashing below. The adjoining master bathroom boasts a double vanity, large garden tub, spacious large walk-in shower, and luxury built-in closets. The first guest bedroom holds a queen bed, flat-screen TV, luxury decor, and breath-taking oceanfront views with a full bathroom across the hall. The second guest bedroom contains a queen bed, flat-screen TV, oceanfront views, and an en-suite bathroom.

This condo has been modified for ease of accessibility. The doors are the ADA recommended width in all cases except the bathroom off the middle bedroom. The shower in master has a place to sit but there is a slight ledge one would have to get over to get into shower.

Please note that Towers Grande HOA does have an abundance of specific rules that they enforce stringently. This includes only allowing related family members to book the unit. Also, of those family members, the same guests much be in the unit the entire length of stay and cannot be changed out with other guests. Also to note from the HOA, even private vehicles that have any commercial decal on them are not allowed as it's considered a commercial vehicle. They do not allow animals of any kind and claim they are exempt from the ADA law regarding service animals. These conditions are out of our control as a management company are the conditions set by the HOA. The HOA has us send you an addendum agreeing to their specific rules and fine penalties after your reservation is confirmed. If you have any questions about this, please ask us prior to instantly booking online.

Towers Grande Condo #403

Coming from 5000 miles away, we are always a little dubious that the photographs of the condo we have booked will match reality. In this case, they matched and well exceeded. The rental was fabulous, everything we wanted and could want. To say we didnt want to leave would be an understatement. Cant wait to return.

Good but not great like last 3 years. We paid more than last year but when we got to the condo the balcony was closed for a week then the last week the pools were closed for renovation. No prior notice of any of this. I was aware that renovation was taking place in the building but not to were it would effect us. The pool closing was a bummer. I wrote to Oceans realty expressing how it would be the right thing for the owners to refund a t least a few days stay as we pay extra for ocean view and to stay here. I never got a response from them on that just kinda ignored regarding the refund issue and speaking to owners. Overall we managed as did not want to let this upset our vacation (I month stay) Next year might come back not sure yet but will make sure none of this exists
