This 4 star restaurant features creative cuisine from atop Daytona's tallest building offer 360 degree views of the city while dining. Directly across the street from Sherwin is Cherry Hill Ice Cream Café and Beachcomber Park. 3 beach-side parks are less than a quarter mile from Sandpoint featuring beach-side amenities, playgrounds, and splash pads. The Shore Resort and Spa is only building a couple buildings over and features many upscale and casual restaurants as well as a full Spa that allows day guests.

Each room in this beautiful unit is tastefully adorned with televisions, linens and décor. The unit also includes a private laundry room for added convenience. Enjoy relaxing evenings in your oceanfront living room on a comfortable, reclining leather sectional. The living room includes a large, Smart TV and electric fireplace.

Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Host and entertain friends and family for dinner as the dining room has seating for 6 guests plus 3 bar stools. After dinner, indulge in a cocktail along with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean on your private, oceanfront balcony. The primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and a private sliding glass door to the wraparound balcony. The ensuite primary bathroom has an over-sized shower-tub combo and double vanity. The primary suite also include a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker. The guest bedroom contains two queen beds and an adjacent full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This shower does include a hand-held shower head and about a 6-inch ledge for those with limited mobility.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly. This property has a 14 night minimum stay set by the HOA. The property does have a Ring doorbell camera.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
