You'll be impressed the moment you open the front door to this spacious newly renovated 3bedroom/3bathroom Condo. It’s located on the Northeast Corner; this 17th floor ocean front condominium has picturesque views from every room. No matter which room you’re in you’ll have fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Halifax River.

You'll enter through the first of the two living areas at the front of the condo. You’ll find a sofa and a large flat screen TV. Adjacent to this living area you find an eating area with seating for four. Just through the living room you will find a fully equipped laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is well appointed featuring a custom granite worktop and upgraded stainless steel appliances. The Microwave, Keurig K Cup and Coffee Maker, Margaritaville Margarita Maker, Stovetop and Oven are all waiting for your gourmet creations. There's a large pantry as well as two counter height chairs to snack on the granite countertops. Next you will enter the large dining room with seating for 6. Enjoy the 180 degrees view out of the large windows. The living room has two zero gravity chairs, a sofa and sliding door access to the balcony overlooking the beach. All the seating faces the 65" flat screen TV and a view of the Atlantic Ocean and beaches.

Next you will find the first of three bedrooms. This room has a queen-size bed with its own ensuite with walk in shower, spacious closet, flat screen tv and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a connecting bath with tub and shower. It has a large walk-in closet and ceiling fan. It also has a flat screen TV. Next is the Primary Suite. The southern master features a king bed, large flat screen TV, Ceiling fan, full size dresser, spacious walk-in closet and its own ensuite bathroom. You'll have sliding doors direct to the balcony overlooking the beach. You'll hear the sound of the surf, and you can start planning for a peaceful and restful sleep. New paint and an upgraded master bathroom add a touch of beachy luxury to the room. The dual sinks and granite countertops make this an elegant retreat. You'll be amazed by the size of the shower and the giant jacuzzi tub.

Walk out on the balcony and enjoy a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean on the direct, oceanfront balcony. Stand in awe on your sprawling balcony while you not only listen to, but see, seagulls flying by up close on the 17th floor. Decompress as you listen to the sound of waves crashing into the shore and feel the soft ocean breeze as you relax on the comfortable lounge furniture.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.
