Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at Sandpoint Condominiums such as an on-site fitness room, sprawling oceanfront sun deck, community room, oceanfront heated (seasonally) pool, 2 saunas, and one parking space. Please note that the parking garage is currently closed until further notice so guests can only have 1 vehicle maximum.

Please note that Sandpoint will have active construction through January 2026 but only during the week. We currently only have weekends open for guest reservations to avoid any noise impacts. The balcony for this unit is not impacted during this time and will remain open. There is a small chance of noise if you check-in on Friday at the 4PM check-in time as work has a hard-stop at 5PM on Fridays for the weekend. Likewise, if you check-out Monday up until the 10AM check-out time, you'll have noise for one hour as work begins sometime after 9AM Mondays. You'll notice scaffolding and such along the sides and fronts of the building but the oceanfront side where your condos and the pool is, is unaffected.

The exquisitely decorated, oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and large closets. The adjoining primary bathroom contains a separate vanity area, walk-in shower, and an additional closet space. The guest bedroom contains a queen and twin bed. The guest bathroom is right next door and contains a shower/tub combo.

Crashing waves and salty air beckon you to the oceanfront balcony all the way up on the 8th floor which can be accessed from the living room. Imagine drinking coffee in the mornings while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean or evenings with wine while the sun goes down.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
