In the meantime, there is a public beach access point located directly next to this complex that guests access conveniently through the parking garage. Most guests prefer to use this access point even when the pool deck is open because it's much closer to the elevators. Like every property in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise. This noise could come from this property or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city. Rates have already been reduced through 2024 to reflect any potential delays.*

The second bedroom has 2 full size beds and a flat screen TV with a full size bathroom directly across the hall. The last bedroom has a queen size bed with a twin trundle and a connected full bathroom. This unit also includes a private laundry room for added convenience.

The oceanfront living room hosts cozy furniture and a flat screen TV. The dining room and fully stocked kitchen have everything you need for enjoying a family meal. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
