The primary bedroom suite has a full size bathroom with a double granite vanity, 6' garden tub, and walk-in shower. The primary bedroom also has a king size bed, large flat screen TV, and a view of the ocean that seems to never to end. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds and a flat screen TV with a full size bathroom directly across the hall. The last bedroom has a queen size bed with a sofa bed and a connected full bathroom. This unit also includes a private laundry room for added convenience.

The oceanfront living room hosts cozy furniture and a flat screen TV. The dining room and fully stocked kitchen have everything you need for enjoying a family meal. The balcony has a full size deck with outdoor seating for some much needed relaxation! Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
