This condo boasts four spacious bedrooms and 3 luxury bathrooms. The oceanfront master suite hosts a king bed with a television and large windows to take in the oceanfront views. The master bathroom showcases a gorgeous, tiled shower and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms each hold a queen bed, television, and a connecting full bathroom. One of the full bathroom contains an additional entrance. The fourth bedroom also boasts a queen bed which includes a television as well.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
