The living room overlooks the dining area fit with an elegant dining table, bar stools, and breathtaking views of the ocean below. The modern kitchen is fully stocked and is seamlessly connected with the living room and dining area. The granite counter top that separates the living room and kitchen area acts as a great serving area for food. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed. This property does have a video doorbell.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
