Opus Condominiums are known for being luxurious and have great access to amenities on premise such as an oceanfront heated pool, hot tub, club room with billiards, fitness center, and lavish meeting rooms. 6' garden tubs, over-sized balconies, and under-building assigned parking all secured with the serenity of virtually soundproof walls. A superb package of luxury amenities make Opus Condominiums the best mix of an oceanfront resort and a beachfront condominium complex.

The oceanfront primary suite boasts private balcony access to enjoy spectacular oceanfront views. With a large walk-in closet, walk-in shower, granite double vanity, and 6' garden tub the primary suite is the epitome of luxury. The second bedroom is elegantly decorated and contains one queen bed with a full bathroom just across the hall. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed with an adjoining full bathroom.

The kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and contains 4 bar stools for additional seating. The adjacent dining area for 6 overlooks the ocean.Nearby, the spacious living room boasts comfortable furnishings and breathtaking direct ocean views. This condominium even includes a full laundry room for added convenience. Step onto your private, wraparound balcony and enjoy the endless ocean views on abundant, comfortable patio furniture.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. My family and I had a five star experience. The photos did not do the rental justice. It was much more beautiful and spacious in person. Being right by the beach was wonderful and we were lulled away to sleep every night by the sound of the waves. Communication was prompt and instructions were very easy to follow. We had no issues accessing the unit or garage. The gym was also a nice addition as my husband and I rotated morning workouts with beach runs and exercise room equipment. The only con was not staying longer than 3 nights. There's plenty to eat close by and don't forget to watch for the lights to go on at Krispy Kreme. Enjoy your stay!

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The property as as advertised. The Condo was very quiet with no excessive noise and other guests or owners were very quiet. Rooms were comfortable. Met our needs perfectly. We loved the security codes used to access various parts of the building which helped us feel very safe. The location let us explore various restaurants throughout our stay. We would book again if the need arises.

Enjoyed our stay the condo was very clean and easy to get in and out of. The area was welll appointed for families- lots of space inside the condo. There is putt putt across the street that was perfect for the kids and a Dollar General too- which was nice for the things we forgot or needed. This was the second time staying and won’t be our last.

Very nice & clean property. We really enjoyed our stay. Here are a couple of tips for first timers: there are two entrances to the property. The first is the upper parking lot which is the one we saw first. There is no garage access from the upper parking lot. You have to go back out to the street, turn right & the next entrance is on the right to the parking garage. I would Highly recommend going to the condo and checking out all the things that past guests have left so you don’t buy things you don’t need. We scheduled a grocery pickup on our way from the airport to the condo. We bought several things that we didn’t need. It was a great, relaxing & enjoyable vacation.

This place was incredible! Stayed with my son, 2 of his friends, my nephew and brother for almost a week. We attended the Rockville show at the Daytona speedway and this place was great. The bedrooms were large, beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were spacious, clean, plenty of towels. The kitchen was spacious, plenty of plates, pots, pans, just everything you need was there. A nice balcony to sit outside, the waves crashing against the shore sent the most peaceful sounds throughout the room, the sun rising over the horizon (simply beautiful!). Place has a great pool and hot tub, seconds from the beach itself which was also amazing. Easy entry, garbage shoot for a few doors down, parking was easy too. What was even better is that there's supermarkets in walking distance, a beach shop, diner, and plenty of places to play golf.

We had a great stay here for our family vacation with young kids! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. It was so nice that they had a few beach gear items available for us to use. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit, too.There was a small issue with one of the beds when we arrived, but the hosts were incredibly responsive and had it fixed the very next day—no further problems after that. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the hosts were kind and helpful throughout our stay.The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained, and being right across the street from a Dollar General made grabbing any quick essentials super convenient. Overall, it was a great place for our family to relax and enjoy the beach!

Easy check in and check out. The condo was beautiful and plenty big enough for our family of 6. Plenty of linen and dishes! It was cool that they had beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and a beach umbrella in the closet to use if needed. The pool was great! The condo was very clean. No complaints whatsoever and we will be back!

We recently stayed at this condo and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The highlight for us was definitely the waterfront view, which was lovely to wake up to each morning. The layout of the condo was practical and it was well-equipped with all the typical necessities which made our stay quite comfortable. The furnishings were appropriate and contributed to a homey feel, allowing us to relax fully during our vacation.Overall, we were happy with our accommodation and the serene setting by the water, making for a memorable beach getaway.

The unit is extremely clean and has a great view of the ocean. The host is very proactive in terms of communication. I was contacted days before my trip to make sure I get all the info I need to get in . They checked during our stay to make sure things are fine and followed up after our stay. Very impressed.
