*Please note the pool deck and private beach access point at this complex may be closed through May 2024, conservatively. In the meantime, there is a public beach access point located directly next to this complex that guests access conveniently through the parking garage. Most guests prefer to use this access point even when the pool deck is open because it's much closer to the elevators. Like every property in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise. This noise could come from this property or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city.

Completion is expected by May 2024, tentatively. Rates have already been reduced through March 2024 to reflect any potential delays but with the reopening scheduled for sometime in April 2024.*

Included in your stay are all the wonderful amenities Sanibel has to offer including, an oceanfront pool heated during the cooler months, a hot tub, spacious fitness center, and common room including a pool table and games.

Feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders as you enter the gorgeously furnished, oceanfront condo. The elegant living room is filled with comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen TV all while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The fully stocked kitchen overlooks the living room and is adjacent to the dining area. There is a second sitting area completed by a sleeper-sofa and an office space.

The gorgeous primary suite hosts its own private, oceanfront balcony entrance, a king bed, and a flat-screen TV. The adjoining primary bathroom boasts a double granite vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closest with a full bathroom across the hall. The third bedroom has two twin size beds, a flat screen TV, and an adjoining bathroom.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. The parking garage clearance is 6'8".

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.

We were very pleased to learn how modern and spacious our condo was! My adult kids wanted me to find out where that couch was purchased because they wanted us to get one for home! There was an unfortunate leak in in one of the bedrooms and the management took care of the problem immediately! The view was wonderful from our large balcony! We had a wonderful trip! Thank you for a wonderful time!

My family vacationed in Daytona in June 2019. This was a perfect condo for us. We had 6 adults. This is a very large condo with plenty of room. Decorated and equipped great. If I had to make one complaint it would be the parking. When I rented I was told I would have 2 parking spaces one underneath in the garage and one up top in the parking lot. Nope that wasn't the case. No parking up top had we not had my husbands temporary handicap tag we would not have been able to park our second vehicle that was a little frustrating on the day we arrived. BUT with that being said we are going again next summer and staying in the same condo.Jennifer at he management company was awesome to work with very accommodating.
