This gorgeous home was fully remodeled in 2024 with all new furniture. It's nestled in a quiet area of Ponce Inlet, near both the Halifax River and the beach. The home was thoughtfully designed to showcase the beautiful Florida sunshine and to blur the boundaries between outside and inside space.

This home is located just a quick walk from Jerry's Italian Grill and Tiki Bar and the peaceful beaches of Ponce Inlet. Just a few minutes from the home is also the Marine Science Center, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum, and Hidden Treasure Run Bar and Grill. The public beach access is just a 8-9 minute walk from this home. The Inlet Cove Marina, fishing water activities and fishing charters, is just a 6 minute walk from the home. Locally famous "Off the Hook" bar and grill is also just a 6 minute walk from the home and features al fresco dining and hand-crafted cocktails in a casual setting on the river.

This beach-side oasis contains 3 guest bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. The airy primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, cozy reading corner, and private access to the air-conditioned sun room. The ensuite primary bathroom is beautifully lit and completely remodeled. It includes a double vanity as well as a dual-head shower. The shower is a retreat in and of itself with a teak bench, waterfall shower heads, and handheld sprayers.

The first guest bedroom might just have you swooning! It is smartly divided into two sleeping areas make this more like 2 bedrooms then 1. The main bedroom area holds a queen bed and Smart TV. There are sliding barn doors that hold a sitting area flooded by incredible, natural sunlight. This sitting area includes a sleeper sofa that is completely contained when the barn doors are closed. This room is perfect for curling up with an enthralling novel or to host overnight guests.

The second guest bedroom offers serenity and privacy with cool purples and whites. It offers a queen bed and a Smart TV. The full guest bathroom is located between both guest bedrooms and boasts its own double-vanity as well as a shower/tub combo. The home also includes a fully remodeled, sizeable laundry room for added convenience.

The most enticing features of this home showcases the natural, Florida weather while offering a refreshing reprieve from the Florida sun. The back sunroom is completely enclosed and air-conditioned to offer shelter from the Florida heat and sun. The sun room is fully furnished and includes a mounted Smart TV.

Please note this home allows for 4 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent maximum and there is guest access to the garage. No trailers can be parked on-site but we'll be happy to refer you to an off-site parking company after booking, upon request. 2 vehicles can park in the driveway and 2 can park in the garage. There is no street parking allowed in this area.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
