Each room in this beautiful unit is tastefully adorned with furniture, televisions, linens and decorations. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, TV, and private balcony access. The primary also includes a desk and ergonomic office chair overlooking the ocean. Imagine catching up with email with a few like that! The ensuite primary bathroom offers an over sized walk-in shower, double vanity and an oval garden tub. The primary bathroom is designed with accessability in mind as the shower contains both a low ledge as well as a hand-held, adjustable shower head.

The first guest bedroom boasts an ocean view, king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite guest bathroom holds a low-ledge walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom contains a full bed as well as a twin bed with an adjacent bathroom. This guest bathroom contains a shower/tub combo.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
