Each room in this beautiful unit is tastefully adorned with new furniture, televisions, linens and décor. The primary suite hosts a king bed, flat-screen television, and large walk-in closets. The primary bathroom has an over-sized walk-in shower, double vanity and an oval garden tub. The guest bedroom contains a king bed, flat-screen television, walk-in closet, and adjacent full bathroom. The guest bedroom also has a private sliding door, covered by curtains for privacy, that leads to the front lanai.

Enjoy relaxing evenings in your oceanfront living room on comfortable, leather furnishings and your flat screen television. Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Host and entertain friends and family for dinner as the dining room has seating for 8. After dinner, indulge in a cocktail along with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean on the direct, oceanfront balcony. Decompress on your sprawling balcony while listening to seagulls flying by, waves crashing into the shore, and feeling the soft ocean breeze.

Towers Ten boasts an oceanfront heated pool and hot tub, a well-equipped gym, and a gorgeous club room. The club room is designed for entertaining and is equipped with a bar, kitchen and dining tables. The cutting edge health and fitness center allow you to exercise while surrounded by the peace of the ocean. The security answering system at the entrance and secured underground parking allows for peace of mind and exclusivity while on your beach getaway. The oceanfront pool and hot tub are surrounded by an oceanfront sun deck. Step down from the pool area to enjoy the large barbeque area with plenty of seating for an oceanfront picnic and even a fire pit! To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
