Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at Sandpoint Condominiums such as an on-site fitness room, sprawling oceanfront sun deck, community room, oceanfront heated (seasonally) pool, 2 saunas, and one parking space. Please note that the parking garage is currently closed until further notice so guests can only have 1 vehicle maximum.

The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and balcony access. The ensuite primary bathroom contains a separate vanity area and a low-ledge walk-in shower. The ocean view guest bedroom contains a full bed, TV, and balcony access. The guest bathroom is right next door and contains a low-ledge walk-in shower with an adjustable, handheld shower head.

Cozy outdoor furniture and salty air beckon you to the ocean view balcony which can be accessed from the living room or either bedroom. Imagine drinking coffee in the mornings while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean or evenings with wine while the sun goes down.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
