Being a smaller complex, you'll almost always be able to find a chair by the seasonally heated pool, no matter the time of year.

The elegant living room is filled with comfortable furnishings and a Smart TV all while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The oceanfront primary suite hosts its own private, oceanfront balcony entrance, a king bed, and a Smart TV. The ensuite primary bathroom includes a low-ledge walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, full/twin bunk bed, and a Smart TV. The guest bathroom holds a shower/tub combo.

The over-sized, oceanfront balcony is filled with an abundance of patio furniture. It's the perfect spot to listen to seagulls flying by and waves crashing into the shore. It's rare to find such a large, oceanfront balcony that includes sun loungers, easy chairs, and an outdoot dining set.

Included in your stay is one assigned parking space. There is visitor parking here but it's very limited due to the small size of this complex. We highly recommend bringing only one vehicle as visitor parking availability cannot be gauranteed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
